Relationships can be complex, shaped by each person’s unique background, culture, and life experiences. When these differences come together, challenges can naturally arise. I take an active, collaborative approach to therapy, using evidence-based and directive techniques to help guide couples toward greater understanding, connection, and shared goals—all within a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space.
I support couples in working through concerns such as:
