It doesn’t matter what phase or transition in life you are currently at, we can all relate to feeling stress and the idea of not having enough time. If we can master how to manage time then the stress can be elevated. Here are some tips and tricks that I use to help manage my stress when it feels like there is just not enough time in the day to do everything.
Write out either the night before or the morning of the following:
The ultimate goal of the day (no more than 3 items)
Reducing the chaos of the day (reduce/eliminate distractions)
Do these tasks as soon as possible
Focus on the smallest part of your work one section at a time
Visualize yourself working
Control your internal distractions
Remove external distractions
